S4 will not work with Aux port?

Headphone jack works on S4 but will not work connected to aux port in my car. Other devices work connected to it.

Thanks for sending me a comment. I actually have it now working, i had to change the Audio Output on my S4 from Stereo to Surround.

windyhill28 We want you to have a fully functioning device. Are you using the cable that came with the phone? Have you tried tried different cables?
