I type in my password on my 4s to get voice mail. it tells me I'm wrong. I go to *86 do it again. no go. I can get in on line on my computer.

I changed my pass word from my laptop. my 4s asks for the password and I do the same one as on my laptop but it is said to be wrong.

Let's get to the bottom of this and get those voice mails coming in to your device! You mentioned that you dialed *86 and it didn't work for you. Have you tried using the Visual Voice Mail icon that is on your device? Are you able to hear the messages that way? I'd also like to ask when this started. I'm sure we can resolve it for you.
