My current signal strength currently is -125dBm. I cannot use my phone at my 2 work places and at home. Same with the other line on my account. Majority of my calls are being dropped, text messages keep failing to send and the only way to send them is to restart the phone. The internet barely works. I have two lines with Verizon and both are the Samsung Galaxy S4 in black. The network connection is alway on 1X with 1 or 2 bars showing if not 3g with 1 or 2 bars showing. I have spent the last 3 weeks talking to customer service. All I got in return was them hanging up on me and leaving me to dead end responses. They would transfer me to different employees and each would have a different answer to why I do not get service. These customer services reps are nothing more than secretaries. They only know how to transfer calls. THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I kid you not, I talked to over 15 different people and not one person has yet to resolve this issue. They put a ticket number in to check the cell towers TWICE and I have still not gotten any feedback or callback on whats going on. Instead they tell me it can take up to 36hrs. It have been nearly a week and their excuse is that they are still looking into it. At the end of the day I pay $175 for 2 lines with my employee discount. These secretaries/"so called customer service reps" do absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. I could not even have my son wish me a HAPPY FATHERS DAY because every call was lost or disconnected. If I am stuck in an emergency and Verizon is my form of communication, I would be screwed to get outside help. This company has really disappointed me in every possible way. It takes over 3 weeks for "refurbished phones" to come to you. This company is more than happy to take the money automatically every month out of my checking account but leave me with no service. I am fed up with this customer service and I do wish this message gets around to the right people to take the right action. We make this company. Each and every customer of Verizon should be treated with proper assistance. We pay you guys to keep your business going. If you cannot provide the right data connections or customer service reps, you guys will lose many customers. I am very close to leaving and if this is what you call the "BEST NETWORK" then they are nothing but a bunch of scammers in the cell phone market.
