Why are only some contacts syncing?

On my phone and my computer they are syncing fine. However, I need Verizon Messaging in the Cloud while in my office to do text messaging, as I have no signal in the office. The online Verizon Messaging service only has a few of my contacts available. How can I get them all on there?

We want you to be able to use Verizon Messages with your contacts that are on your device. What type of device are you using Verizon Messaging on? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling VZ messages? How many contacts are missing from Verizon Messages?

I have the Samsung Galaxy S5.

Yes tried to uninstall & re-install (actually, it doesn't let you

uninstall, so I disabled it, then updated it & re-enabled it).

I have 192 contacts, only 25 are syncing, leaving 167 not syncing.

I forgot, they are not missing from the messaging app on my phone. Just

from the cloud, and from my computer messaging.

Thank you for the insight, Blavs. If you begin a text thread with a contact that is not listed on the computer messaging does it allow you to add it the contact list?
