My wife just got a new s4 and is experiencing issues with the autofocus during video recordings. Seem like when she is zoomed in, the focus is good to start but the camera will take over and search for a focus point. Basically, we're left with a grainy unfocused video. Her old one didn't do this so we're at a loss.
Had her stop in at the local Verizon store where the manager informed her that she should "check with Samsung" (great service)! I have read it was a cache issue but we've cleared everything out right before recording and it doesn't help.
