Installed update on 10/21. I woke up on 10/26 to no mobile network. Tried 2 sim cards- no good. The phone is in perfect condition with no physical damage. It literally just stopped using the antenna. 0 signal, can't even make emergency calls.
Additional info: The phone will not allow me to add, edit, or change APNs. It won't let me change network operator. It wants to go back to Global mode but I force it to CDMA/LTE, no change. It does show the verizon APN in there, but it's greyed out. Completely locked.
