After latest SW update the option to turn off emergency notifications is gone from the APPS section, Where did it move to?

I have had 2 software updates this week on my S5. Last night the emergency alert went off for a weather issue. Looks like this was turned back on with the updates. I went into the apps > messages and the option to control emergency alerts is now gone...Where did it go?

I found the answer. I recently switch to an S5 from S4 when I changed cell phone provider.

emergency notifications on S5 are not the same as S4. On the S5 with Verizon it is actually an APP.

I knew I had seen the option and this evening remember seeing the app.

It does not explain why the alarm went off when I had the emergency notification turned off under sound but I went into the app and re-disabled the emergency notifications. Also strange that Amber alerts were still disabled. Thanks for the input and help

apps > emergency alerts > menu (the three dots in the upper right-hand corner) > settings

That option is not there either, I should have included that in the original question. When I click on the 3 dots only option is to restore default settings. I thought about choosing that but then I would have to reset things and it looks like Amber alerts are still disable ( A freind got one today and I did not) I really do not want to default and find out amber alerts become active again and find I can not longer disable them if they become active again

Odd; haven't seen that before. You could 'restore default settings' and then hopefully get the option to go into menu > settings and change the alerts you want to receive. Another option is to go through the Application Manager and clear the app's data and cache and get the Settings option again that way.

Settings, sound, emergency tone. You can set it for off, alert or vibrate.

Unfortunatley I already have that set to off but the emerency alarm went off anyway @1:30AM for a thunder storm. Seem like something with the update ( which came in earlier last night) We had storms come through last weekend which also had warnings posted and the alarm never went off
