How do I locate/download S Translator for Galaxy S5?

I have a Galaxy S5 from Verizon.  I wanted to start using the S Translator App but I can't find it on the phone.  I don't see an icon for Galaxy Apps, so I went through the Galaxy Essentials widget bar and I still can't find the application when searching through the store.  Was it taken off the market for the S5?  Just wondering.

I don't see it on Google Play store or the Galaxy App store, you may want to consider using Google Translator... it does not require a data connection to translate, which could cost a lot while travelling.
