Quinn68,Making sure you have a phone that works is definitely a priority for us. Hearing that you are having some trouble is certainly cause for concern. We will work to get to the bottom of this issue for you. Have you updated the software on the phone at all before this happened? Let's try to do a reset by pressing and holding the volume down button and the power buttom together for 10 seconds. If the phone responds it should show that it is turning on after 10 seconds.
