a virus is locking all action on my phone expcept for power off or restart. every time I restart, I can process functions for about 30 seconds until the lock screen comes on claiming I have child porn on my phone demanding a $300 fine complete with a picture of OBAMA.
HELP???? I need my phone. it has my whole life on it. I know there is a way to wipe my phone and reset it remotely to factory default but I have Important photos on it
