Since the update, when I am away from a wireless connection, my phone will not switch to 4G service, says I cannot access internet. I have to reboot my phone. Any ideas?
Also like others, it gets very hot and the battery is worse.
wi-fi, settings, advanced, smart switch should be checked.
Take it back to a Verizon store. They are aware of the problem. The updated wiped my wifi capability out completely. I am getting a new phone from Samsung tomorrow at no charge. I waited a year to get this phone and it has been nothing but a disappointment. Galaxy s5 takes terrible pictures compared to my old s3. The update did a number on battery life. I used to get home from work and have 40 percent battery life, now I am lucky if I have 10 percent when I get home.
