It might be easier, simpler, faster, better all round to back it up to G+ and access it from there.

Sending files through email there is a file size limit which on average is 20Mb. You may have to reduce quality or use an alternate means of deliver.
Ann has a great idea using something like YouTube.
Google+ uploads your videos to YouTube if you are not aware.
