Ported my number from Sprint to a new S5 here on Verizon and I can only get texts from other Verizon phones.
Please help.

I am sorry to hear you are having a bit of an issue with your service but we will get this working for you. Since porting your number over to us, have you received a text on your Verizon phone advising you to power cycle your phone to complete the port in? If you still have your old Sprint phone, lets have you turn both phones off and then remove the sim card on the S5 device. Reinsert the sim card and then turn back on the Verizon phone only. It should show 4G at the top of the phone and then try making a test call to #832 to see if it works. This should help with making sure the service is all completely forwarded to the new phone where you will then start to receive all text messages.
