Have only had these phones for 2 weeks now and all the sudden every call I get says "unavailable" even though I have caller ID. Any ideas as to why this is doing that?
Have you Followed this up with a visit with Customer Service or Visited a Corporate store.. you might check with them there is a Caller I.D. App that comes with the phones but it's a subscription style of App I'm not sure if the Galaxy s4 has it my phone does but I don't use it.. As it has a monthly cost and my contacts I have set up in my phone are through Google..
