I can't reply to emails on Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, but can receive emails and can send new emails. Any idea why email replies fail to send?
I would remove the email account from the phone and add it back again after verifying the mobile server settings.
If you haven't tried this you give it a try.. Run a system cache clear or just run a cache clear on your Email app if that does not fix the issue you might go ahead and clear the Data as well but first try the cache clear see if that gets the issue resolved..

We'll do the Email cache clear first.. Go to settings >> Find Apps >> then the Email your using.. you'll find it in Downloaded or All once you find your Email.. Not sure what your usingĀ Yahoo or other go into it and find clear cache and tap it.. then hit the home button then run a power cycle on your phone.. see if running the clear help fix the issue
I would never have found that by myself. But unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have worked.
