You may have to use by desktop Mgr to restore or keep failing attempts and it will restore. Try *228 if you can dial at all. Or call bb
Wipe it by entering the wrong password 10 times and then start fresh. There is no password recovery feature. If you have a recent backup of your BlackBerry you can restore that data after you have wiped it. If you have no backup, your data is truly gone.
