been with Verizon for years at least 8 and I recently had an upgrade and I paid for insurance for the upgrade well my dog stepped on my phone and the stupid thing just snaps like a cracker. so thinking I might get some understanding and help I call customer service and the women on the phone made it sound like she was really going to help me. my mom did not want me using her upgrade because it would ruin her data plan which I explained to the women and she said not a problem let me talk to my manager and I can have him change the date of the upgrade for this other phone on your account because its only two months away from getting an upgrade so I thought awesome she puts me on hold for about 5 min tells me sorry she is talking to her manager and the freakin jerk tells her he wont do that. can do that but wont. ( see how Verizon treats a loyal costumer?) so im pretty mad about this they are able to do that but just wont for me and I have put aloooot a lot a lot of money into their stupid company (I don't have good luck with phones) so the lady apologizes and sends me to the insurance company which I paid for and was under the impression that no matter the problem they will replace the phone if you pay such and such. so I get ahold of the insurance company and they want to make me pay 45 DOLLARS ADDITIONALLY FOR A FLIPPING USED PHONE!!!!!! MINE WAS BRAND NEW! low and behold I hung up. I will not be sticking with Verizon much longer they have no costumer value and its just bs. you guys make millions and can do something to help but wont. its a joke. I am not happy with the services and I do not feel like a valued costumer, thanks for nothing.
