my phone got factory reset and im trying to get everything back but i have no clue on how to do that. Any one know?
Did you have a Verizon cloud backup? If so run that app on wifi. Add your Gmail account that should help. Go into play store to see your previous apps history in your store home hit the 3 lines next to play store at top. Add email accounts back. Did you have any other backups like Google plus or anything on a computer?
i got the phone when i got my upgrade and the lady moved everything from my other phone to this s5. she told me she set everything back up to be backedup on s5 make sense? but now ive done everything you just said to do and still nothing.
try loading the Smart Switch application from the Play Store
Once you sign into Gmail it should automatically restore your contacts & any other info Google auto backed up.
