Thank you. I do not use the blackberry dm often. I have a fear of making an irreversible mistake. Last time I tried to update my berry using the dm my berry locked up on me. I had to replace it and lost all of my information.
I own a Mac. How do I go about updating my Blackberry? Is there a way to do it through my phone directly?
