auto connect to wifi form 4G | Startup Music | Calendar

Questions:

1. How do I auto connect to my WiFi when I enter my work or home? Currently, I turn off 4G manually and turn on WiFi manually, each time. There has to be a better way
2. How do I turn off the startup music when turning the phone on, without having to set the silent mode?
3. Why do some contract birthdays appear on the calendar, instead of all of those which I entered in my contacts?
