How do I fix my camera so this blue streak doesn't show up anymore?

I have a new Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini (purchased about 6 months ago). The camera worked great until a few weeks ago...Now, a blue streak appears in every photo. It appears in different places each time (top, bottom, left, right, etc). Anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

Are you sure it appears in different places? Could it appear to be different because you were holding the phone in a different orientation?

It looks like a hardware defect. You can consider contacting Samsung directly to get the phone repaired.
