How can I block messages from unwanted individuals?

Question

I have an individual who is mentally unstable and sends me hundreds of messages in a day.  I am unable to block her even with "rejecting" her numbers and going to My Verizon and putting her number in under "Blocking".  I am still getting endless messages with any blocking.  I have even taken her to court twice and gotten a Restraining Order for a year but she is back at it.  HELP.

Hi GrantMS - Unwanted calls are never pleasant! Is this person sending messages via their computer or multiple different numbers? Call and Message Block http://vz.to/MqEgqB  will prevent calls and messages from up to 5 numbers for 90 days however if she is using a spoofing web site we are unable to stop the messages. It may be best to pursue matters through the authorities once again. We can also discuss your options to change your number via http://vzw.com/myverizon if needed.
