My backup assistant plus keeps trying to update but keeps failing. I can't access any internet browsers either.
jennyd1, We can help you get things going again! Which make/model phone do you have? I've often found that Backup Assistant needs a data connection to work, so if you have data turned off on the phone or a Data Block on the line that may be the issue. The fix should be easy!
