How can I add words to XT9 Word dictionary so I don't have to manually type the word in 'Abc' mode?? If the word never appears in the choices how can I permanently include it? I see someone else is also looking for answers and there MUST be something Verizon support can offer us for this frustrating and unnecessary hiccup in the design. What do you have to help us with this problem? Thank you.
