My moms old flip phone has stop working, and i want to give her my old LG chocolate that is also a flip phone to. So my question is how do i reactivate that phone for her.
Turn off the flip phone, then turn on the chocolate - dial *228, and when it asks for the number you are calling about, enter your Mom's #. Follow the prompts to activate. It may ask for Mom's 4 digit PIN, and if there is an issue you may be connected to customer service. Have another phone handy if possible.
