cannot connect to home wifi

I have droid razor M, android version 4.4.2 and I can no longer connect to my home wifi. It used to automatically connect with no issues. Now, I have to actually power off my phone, power it back on again just to get it to connect. I have tried "forgetting" the home wifi connection but that does nothing. I have rebooted router and that didn't help either. I'm ready to switch to iphone...

I'm having the exact same problem.  I even went as far as to do a factory reset on my phone.  It worked for all of a week and now it's back to not connecting again.  It's caused me to go over on my data plan last month making my bill go up.
