My Galaxy S$ screen screen phone is locked maybe because of the Kit Kat upgrade. I didn't buy insurance and I have a 11 months to go on my plan, 2 months ago I sent my phone in under warranty and received a worse one in return.
My problem is I have a device thru no fault of my own that should be fixed or upgraded. Has anyone else experienced this situation?
