I am trying to use my Samsung S5 to connect to my desktop using Pocket Cloud App. If I connect through WIFI it works fine, but when I am on Verizon network I receive a error "RDP Resource Initialization Failed". MY IT company said I should check with Verizon as it seems the network is blocking it. How can I get it to work?

your computers network should be set to block most connection attempts from the outside by default, to prevent hacking/theft. you'd have to have the network configured to accept an incoming connection from your phones 3g/4g IP address on what ever port that app uses. the phones IP address how ever is not permanent it changes from time to time on no schedule so that may make it even more difficult that those settings would need to be changed frequently or see if verizon offers static IPs. using wifi or bluetooth would be the easiest option
