I have a new BB Q10 and can't get BB Protect to recognize my device. Any solutions?
Yes, BlackBerry Protect does indeed work with Verizon. Over the years folks have had problems getting it to work. The solution seems to be to call Verizon and have them remove your data plan, and then immediately add it back. This problem has been around sporadically since 2011.
