I can only send and receive text messages over a cellular signal and can't figure out how to be able to do it over a wifi connection, can someone help?
If you're referring to picture texts, they'll only send/receive over a mobile network connection, but they count against your text package, not your data package.
no, I am talking about just regular text messaging
Regular (SMS) texts don't require wi-fi or a data connection. Are you receiving an error message when sending/receiving, or do they just not send/receive?
