It's LTE (4G), and I know that verizon wasn't allowing 4G phones to be used prepaid before.
ALSO, i used this phone with the monthly subscription plan two years ago. I could still use it as a prepaid phone, right?
Verizon has been allowing 4G phones on pre-paid since August. So yes you can use the RAZR
