I just switched from Sprint and in my email (for my work email) I used to be able to limit the number of emails that load when I open my email. Now, with my verizon phone it gives me an option on the size of the emails that load but not the numbers.

Now, with my verizon phone it gives me an option on the size of the emails that load but not the numbers. Is there a way to limit the number of emails to 25? Or, how much would the limit be for around 25 limits? Now i have over 4,000 emails loading...

Verizon is not doing that it is the mail that is doing that.

Check your device settings for email and read the owners manual as to how to set up mail to download. How you want it, leave on server, etc.

Try a different email program like K9Mail where you can specify how many headers are downloaded.

I am using the stock email app and that is not an option so you will have to test some other email apps to see what ones do that. Mary

It is an option for pop e-mail accounts, but not for Exchange or imap accounts.
