All of a sudden my phone began sending texts to everyone on my contacts list, including home phones, etc. Has this happened to anyone else? No content was included, just blank texts.

Are you using the default text message application that came with the device? Or are you using a 3rd party application from the Play Store? YES! Mines is also vibrating on it's own and it won't stop! Nothing is working!
Yes my S5 started doing this last Fri and I went to settings then Apps manager, then go to Message app, do a force stop/ turn off , next clear data and cache. This worked for me. If this fails I would uninstall app & restart phone then re-install message app again. Good luck.
