How to turn off voice ID for all callers?

I messed around with my S5 and now all callers are announced before the ringtone. How can I turn this off? Thanks

Could be several things:

settings > accessibility > answering and ending calls > voice control (uncheck it)

settings > accessibility > vision > talkback (ensure it's off)

settings > language and input > read notifications aloud (uncheck)
