I'm trying to use the browse by genre feature in Verizon Tones and it just keeps saying "loading." Is there another way to access ring tones when I don't know the artist?

Rather than using Verizon Tones and paying for ringtones, why not just use an .mp3 from your own music library as a ringtone?
Thanks for the suggestion, but this is my first smartphone, and I don't know how to do that either. I didn't have music on my old phone and I don't have a device for music either
