I have a Galaxy S5, now when I get a new VM it says I have a new VM. I go to the VM app it says no new VM. I've contacted support 4 times, 4 different answers on why. Some say it's the visual voice mail screen, some don't know, others say you have visual voice mail. I don't have visual voice mail, I have the basic voice mail. I refuse to pay for visual voice mail. The only way to access VM is to dial #86. Before I could go to VM app & access my VM, not any more. Any one know how to fix this? Going thru 4 reps and 4 different replies is not good.
