Free replacement?

I have a charging problem. I've done everything that's been suggested online to try and fix it, with no avail. I have insurance for my phone (which I've had for about 6 months now), but instead of having to pay the deductible, can I get a free replacement? Since it is a manufacturing defect and all.

Thanks for the info! Any physical damage found on the device voids the warranty on the device. In order to receive a replacement for the device an insurance claim must be submitted. The claim can be filed over the phone at 888-881-2622 or online here http://bit.ly/07CrqPK

Try contacting Samsung directly for either a warranty replacement or repair.

I'm sorry to hear about your charging issues. I know charging/battery issues can be very frustrating. When did the charging issue occur? Have you added anything new to the device recently? This charging issue happened 2 days before the post. I've had to switch to

a temporary phone, until this one gets fixed.

The only damage is a small crack in the screen. This happened about 6

months ago, and was the only time it was dropped. Never has seen water.
