I am almost out of data space, and need to transfer all 6GB's of pics/video data to my computer. I have tried looking up this issue, but have not been able to find my specific issue answered. When I connect my device to the computer with the PROVIDED USB cable, the XT1080 does not show up. I used to be able to plug it up and either a screen would pop up, or I could manually go to XT1080 > Internal Storage. TIA
