My phone wouldn't send text so I restarted it. This is the screen I received.... What is this?
mexicoated,Being able to use your phone for simple tasks like sending and receive text messages is certainly important to every customer. It does concern us to see what is happening with your phone but we will work to get this restored for you. Before this happened, did your phone complete any software updates at all?
