How do I retrieve my blackberry ID without having my old device?

Question

I am trying to locate my blackberry ID, I am unable to retrieve it from old device.I know the first part, it is everything after the @symbol, please help

If this was a Verizon BB, at least for my old BB account, it was username@vzw.blackberry.net
