Trying to sign up for the visual voice mail but can't get past the "Accept" screen, it just stays on the same screen after clicking accept, so now I cannot get to my VM
Do a clean reboot to the phone and try again, this app has been known to hang-up or lock out after the new 4.4.4 update.
