Swappa.com, eBay, or other private, third parties may have used phones for good prices; you asked about the reconditioned ones though.
I'm not clear on how you were told wrong by the store - you CAN buy certified, reconditioned phones from Verizon and other sources on line. I'm missing something here, or not understanding what it is you are asking.
Yes why is the price 2x higher than retail store told me. You are no help, the store listened ed and tried to help me with a price. I could go to private 3rd parties but decided it would be quicker to get from Verizon and would have been if the store had not informed me wrong.
