I tried to check a text message last night and when touched my screen my phone rebooted(which it has been doing for 2 weeks now) but it got stuck at the start up Red Eye and I can't get it to go past that point. I have tried holding the power and volume buttons down at the same time but all that does it restarts the phone and it still get stuck at the same spot. I have let it die and charged it but still same issue. PLEASE HELP!! I need to at least get it turned on to make sure all my stuff is backed up.
