Verizon mistreating people leads customers away.

Verizon is low rated compared to AT&T among Windows Phone users.

Verizon hates Microsoft Windows Phone users.

Verizon are being petty about the Cyan release.

Verizon deserves 100% blame for the Cyan delay.

Verizon doesn't communicate with their customers.

Verizon doesn't answer for their 4+ month delay of Cyan.

Verizon doesn't even release Microsoft phones in a timely fashion.

Verizon has weak customer support.

Verizon techs must work part time as they can't get an update out within a timely manner.

Verizon are bigoted against Windows Phone users.

Verizon doesn't "hate" WP users. But they have not dedicated the resources to get the Cyan update out like WP users would hope. The reason is simple: NUMBERS.

The fact is that WP is a fringe operations system. WP's market share is actually DOWN vs. last year. So it's just not a top priority for anybody at Verizon. Stinks, but that's the simple truth. with a less than 2.5% market share nobody is making Cyan a top priority.
