Why are all these Galaxy's failing, INCLUDING MINE?

Well phones like us Humans tend to have good moments then they have there bad, when that happens a picker upper is needed.. On that have you tried any resets, running a power cycle, or a system cache clear.. those two ran separately or together can possibly solve your issue. If not it might not hurt to try running the phone in Safe Mode see if you have any 3rd party apps that could be giving the calling part of the phone issues.. if running in safe mode doesn't help though it may be time to look at Running a Factory Reset and possibly looking into a new Sim Card..
But I would try the simple suggestions first then work your way to later suggestions I pointed out unless you have already tried them.. if all the suggestions I suggested does not fix the issue you might have to look at replacing the phone not a good thing but sometimes we have to cross that bridge..
