I was always told that Verizon LTE phones were all unlocked. But are they really unlocked? They tried switching it over but it doesn't work. Someone also had an issue with a used MOTO X I sold also.
So if anyone knows for sure if they are unlocked or if Verizon would give the unlock code without me having to reactivate the phone
