SETTINGS - MT DEVICE(tab) - DISPLAY - NOTIFICATION PANEL - Place check in BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT

It use to be on the notification screen under the wifi, location etc buttons. I don't think I did anything, it just disappeared.
