My S5 was rebooting itself repeatedly, and could not get a signal. I have tried going through a factory reset, to try to clear it, and now it fails to set up. HELP!!!!

I can get to the 'Please wait while we activate your phone..." then it tries to activate for a few minutes, then reboots. Since it cannot get a signal, and is now inable to connect to my wireless network, I have even tried to runt hrough this while connect USB to my laptop, but nothing works.

We're happy to help you get your S5 up and running! Is this a brand new phone you're trying to activate or one that had been used previously on your line? How long was it rebooting before you did the factory reset and did any specific event happen just before the rebooting started that may have caused this issue to happen (such as physical/liquid damage)? Also, what is your zip code? We'd like to check the coverage in your area to find out why your phone isn't seeing a signal.
