Does the MORE EVERY UNL TLK&TXT 4GB plan allow me to turn on Download Booster without extra monthly fees?
Download Booster would work regardless of the data plan you use. Just note that your extra fees will come in the form of data overages. It's best used with unlimited data if Wi-Fi service is generally atrocious where you are. Otherwise, it's pointless if you have very fast Wi-Fi access.
