When WP Nokia Lumia Icon 929 will have Windows 8.1 with Cortana? It is already overdue !!!!
I received the download for my Icon on Friday the 13th (Feb).
The download is done in 2 parts... a prep program, and the OS update (1/2 hour to install).
It is well worth it.
